CUSAR is an independent not-for-profit organization which is committed to the protection and promotion of Civil and Social Rights Awareness for all Ugandans world-wide.
The organisation was started in 2003 and was officially launched in 2006. For the last three years, CUSAR has been doing a feasibility study about its objectives. And it has found out that there are a lot of violations of peoples Civil And Social Rights in Uganda.
